In 2011 we worked on making our own guitar for Rock Band. It was based on a “Flying V” guitar, and had all metal and wood construction, with touch-sensitive fret “buttons”. It worked on PlayStation only because of Microsoft’s licensing restrictions on Xbox.
It never made it into production as the costs were just too high. I thought it would be fun to post some images of it here. Maybe we’ll revive this project some day?
